Historical email import

This will pull all emails from everyone's accounts going back the selected period and match them to existing contacts. Run overnight — it may take several hours.

How far back to import

Auto-import unknown senders as Leads
New contacts are created from email addresses not already in the CRM. Internal @gca.gold addresses and automated senders are skipped. You can review and edit them afterwards.

⚠ Best run on a Friday evening or over a weekend. The server will remain responsive but the sync runs in the background and may take hours for large mailboxes.
